Tracking
SRS : Primary is as simple to use as checking a box and all the tedious manual adjustments for expected pupil performance are done automatically by the system. Naturally, there's provision for manual adjustment away from the expected performance if required. To add their comments on performance, teachers simply click the yellow 'Comment' icon opposite a student name, type and press save.
Comments on multiple students, classes, or year groups only have to be entered once.

Performance Charts
SRS : Primary generates clear performance charts, giving an instant view of pupil, class, year group and school performance.
Reporting
Entering reporting data is simply a matter of checking boxes and typing in the comment fields.
The completed report is automatically customised to match a schools corporate identity. Once it is generated and emailed (or posted) to parents, and assuming they have been given permission to access the system, parents and pupils access their own page on SRS : Primary over the internet. From this page parents and pupils add comments by typing in a 'comments' field and view reports by clicking on the 'report' icon. Parents and pupils cannot access the rest of SRS : Primary, or change reports.
