SRS : Secondary

SRS : Secondary is a web-based reporting suite for Secondary Schools. It consists of an Assessment Tracking System (ATS) and an Annual Reporting System (ARS).

SRS : Secondary is pre-configured with all the subjects in the national curriculum and flexible enough to be quickly and simply adapted to the specific curriculum and tracking and reporting requirements of any secondary school.

Safe & Accessible

Hosted on Compubits secure servers, SRS : Secondary provides quick and password-protected access to all stages of the tracking and reporting process from anywhere, at any time, for teachers and school heads.

Simple Performance Monitoring

Using SRS : Secondary, individual, class, year group and school performance charts based on any of the major parameters in the system can be generated with just a couple of mouse clicks. For example, an individual's performance in English could be compared to his or her expected performance, the performance of the rest of the class or year group, historical performance, or the performance of same-gender individuals.

Easy Tracking

SRS : Secondary tracks the actual progress of a child throughout his or her time at school. The system enables teachers and administrators to efficiently and effectively prepare, analyse and manage the production of continuous pupil assessment reports. Expected results are automatically generated based on previous performance and teachers can quickly and simply add comments to individuals, classes, year groups and the whole school.

Easy Reporting & Parent / Pupil Commenting

SRS : Primary enables teachers and administrators to efficiently and effectively prepare, analyse and manage the production of annual reports.

It allows parents and pupils to view (but not change) their reports and input their comments on the report over the internet.

Practical, Real World Benefits

As a web-based system, SRS : Secondary solves the current all too common problem of lost or corrupted data as draft reports are transferred between teachers, year heads, school heads and administrators.

Additionally, it saves teacher time, reduces stress and simplifies school reporting in respect of pupils, governing bodies and preparing for outside inspections (for example, by Ofsted).
