If you have a computer-related problem, within minutes of your call Compubits technicians can establish a secure remote link to your machine, enabling us to identify and fix over 90% of PC problems instantly without you having to wait for a technician to visit.

Remote Assistance is available either as part of a comprehensive maintenance contract, or as a stand-alone service priced at £30 for first hour then £20 for each additional half hour. To give you peace of mind, if we can't fix the problem, we won't charge you a fee.
