Remotely
Our technology enables us to fix over 90% of computer problems remotely. So once you phone, tell us there's a problem and give your permission, our technicians can establish a secure remote link to your computer while you stay in the comfort of your home (or even overseas hotel) and fix the problem - often in minutes.

In Person 
If we can’t fix a problem remotely we can arrange for one of our engineers to visit you at your convenience.

By Regular Proactive Maintenance 
Compubits will regularly run a remote health check on your computer to check it is protected against the latest viruses and spyware.

Every month Compubits will remove unnecessary temporary files from your computer to make sure your machine is delivering optimum performance.

Additionally, Compubits will:

  • regularly check and apply updates and security patches for you on your computer, so you can rest assured that your machine is protected and your software is up-to-date.
